Case 1: The client setup WPA2-PSK in Cisco wireless router, some laptops can access but others.

Causes and Resolutions: 1. Download Microsoft hotfix.

2. The wireless adapter needs to upgrade the firmware.

3. The wireless may not support the WPA2-PSK.

Case 2: Some old computers don’t support WPA or WEP. Or the computer running Vista has an issue.

Resolution: Use Mac filter to protect your network.
