Wireless in Windows 2008 Server doesn't work

Wireless in Windows 2008 Server doesn't work

I have enabled Wireless LAN service in Windows 2008 R2. The signal is 5 bars, but it shows Not connected. No matter I try security wireless or public wireless. I also upgrade the wireless card drive.

The only error in the Event Viewer listed below:
