Can't configure or delete ActiveSync in Mobile Emulator

Situation: when try to configure ActiveSync or delete it, the Options and Configure Server are grayed out in the Mobile Emulator.

Cause and resolution: If the cradle is enabled in the Devices Emulator Manager as shown above, those options are grayed. You need to disable cradle to have those options as shown below.
